ROFO 450
The ultimate solution for narrow web applications
Based on the flat-flat stamping principle, the foil stamping machine ROFO 450 is used in the print finishing of printed and non-printed web substrates for label printing, flexible packaging, folding carton printing, brand protection and is also ideally suited to the security industry. The ROFO 450 offers flexible performance being designed to process paper, cardboard, plastic film and composite substrates. In the security industry holograms can be applied onto official documents such as tax banderols, stamps and other governmental printing products and in the field of brand protection.
The Advantages
Custom-tailored solutions are possible due to the modular construction principle of the ROFO 450. It can be supplied either as an offline version including its own substrate unwind device and rewind devices / cross cutter, or as an inline version to be integrated into all current and established narrow web printing presses.
The substrate web running direction is from left to right as viewed from the operator control desk.

Tray forming at its best
The HTF machine range is designed for the gluing and forming of conical trays. Printed blanks are glued and formed to trays with or without cover lids, take-away boxes or hamburger clamshells. The HTF coverts all common types of cardboard / corrugated board.
